#4 – Avatar
Khelsi : This house is very charming and evokes to me the feeling of a vacation by the sea, punctuated with drinks while watching the sunset. The environment was also very well chosen with the waterfall right beside. I want to spend the summer there.
Yao : Now that I've seen that, I want my own Umbar housing!

#3 - Elrandor
Khelsi: This must have taken ages to complete in perfect symmetry, I'm impressed! This feels like a legit game asset, kudos for creativity.
Yao: Love those dwarven structures. Looks like a perfect temple with some history behind it.

#2 - Aen
Khelsi: I like the garden terrace design, it is very well executed and makes me want to see a whole city with this design.
Scenario: This is a beautiful diorama featuring Elvish structures, that also looks like a functional and interesting space to navigate. The square walls take me out of it a bit, but I suppose that's more on me for not having curved decorative wall objects than it is about the layout heh.

#1 - Anguloceyon
Khelsi: I LOVE this design. It's innovative, well executed, and makes me feel like I'm in a different game altogether! I could see myself relaxing in this wellness retreat, sipping on tea while soaking in the sun filtering through the skylight.
Yao: I love it! Can't wait to see what you can do with it when you'll add more deco items to it at the end of the contest.
Scenario: This is one of the most creative uses of architecture in this set of nominees. It is not highly detailed, but it uses stairs, walls and other structures as a menas to convey a concept without really having any existing pieces that already look the part.
Audience Average: 6.81 - Jury Average: 9.67 - Overall Score: 7.95
Scenario's Choice - Elrandor
Scenario (LotRO Lead World Builder and Housing Master) :
The variety in scale of some of these submissions is really amazing. From cozy nooks to grand ziggurats, there are some really great compilations of items setting scenes in these submissions!
- Aen - This is a beautiful diorama featuring Elvish structures, that also looks like a functional and interesting space to navigate. The square walls take me out of it a bit, but I suppose that's more on me for not having curved decorative wall objects than it is about the layout heh
- Alessy - This is a very cozy and quaint indoor setting. While not as grand in scale as other entries, I can imagine myself relaxing by this garden, reading a book while listening to the water babble in the fountain.
- Anguloceyon - This is one of the most creative uses of architecture in this set of nominees. It is not highly detailed, but it uses stairs, walls and other structures as a menas to convey a concept without really having any existing pieces that already look the part.
- Elrandor - This arrangement screams "POINT OF INTEREST". It looks and feels like it could be a landmark we've created ourselves in LOTRO. The arrangement is has just enough complexity to take advantage of lighting to show interest and detail, without being over complicated by other decorations.
My pick of the above is Elrandor. This arrangement has the hallmarks of a landmark on landscape that draws the eye from a distance. It's begging for a wandering adventurer to explore.
