You’ve waited patiently and here they are !
After a week and a half of visits and votes, it is time to present the results of the 19th edition of Housing Week in Middle-Earth!
Again I would like to thank all of the participants for this competition. Whether you were chosen for the final round or not, I hope you decide to participate again in future contests.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my wonderful members of the jury who have accompanied me for this contest ! :).

I gathered all the data and there were a total of 57 votes in the ballot box. Congratulations and thank you again !
As a reminder, the final score for each house is obtained by the average weighted score of the public (60%) and the jury (40%). Scenario, alone, designates the winner of Scenario's Choice.

Audience average: 6.53 - Jury average: 7.8 - Final score: 7.038

Khelsi:
"This Bree house is totally revamped! Great use of arches and bookcases. Huge fan of the secret room and the window to the outside. Super immersive; I can totally see Saruman doing his research in a place like this."
Scenario:
"The total transformation of the interior of this house is incredible! It is an unexpected but very complete feeling re-imagining of what was a simple Bree-styled space."
Yao:
"I love the overall feel of this house. It’s a bit dark and perfectly on-theme. It truly feels like being inside an Arnorian building."
#3 - Ravenwitchy
Audience average: 7.8 - Jury average: 7.25 - Final score: 7.58

Khelsi:
"Total witch cottage vibes! Everything is so well-planned. I’m obsessed with the main room’s kitchen and the cursed tree. Raising the fireplace area was a great move to add some relief to the layout."
Yao:
"Now this is a house that’s actually scary! It’s well-executed and everything is exactly where it should be. It’s never easy to create a spooky house in LOTRO without overdoing it or losing any sense of logic, but you’ve really pulled it off here."
#2 - Feladorn
Audience average: 6.87 - Jury average: 8.65 - Final score: 7.582

Nago:
"I love it! Great use of the floating candles; they really add something special to the atmosphere of the place."
Khelsi:
"Very nice exterior, symmetrical and harmonious. The pool/spa is super creative and well-done; love the concept and the result!"
Yao:
"Brilliant idea, perfect execution! I truly feel like I’ve stepped into Roman baths. Well done!"
#1 - Elrandor
Audience average: 7.6 - Jury average: 8.75 - Final score: 8.06

Yao:
"Absolutely gorgeous! I can’t imagine how long this took to build. Such a great idea and perfectly executed!! Great job."
Khelsi:
"All the items fit together so well! It’s a truly immersive new environment that feels miles away from Falathlorn. This cave is such a peaceful and calming retreat."
Scenario:
"Another surprising total interior transformation! This grotto comes to life with some inventive alternative uses of decorations."
I extend my congratulations to the winners of the 19th Housing Week in Middle Earth :).

My Top 5:
Aen
The total transformation of the interior of this house is incredible! It is an unexpected but very complete feeling re-imagining of what was a simple Bree-styled space.
Elrandor
Another surprising total interior transformation! This grotto comes to life with some inventive alternative uses of decorations
Jenny
This is just an adorable space, and not the sort of approach you see often when it comes to houses. There's a lot of whimsy in this house, with a combination of playful decorations and the recontextualizing of certain decorations to imagine a Tolkeinian daycare center.
Leyra
This house screams cozy, in the most comforting way possible. The darker tones of the walls and floors bring the warm lighting of the fireplace out, with lighter colored decorations providing you with pools of comfort with the richly decorated space.
Ravenwitchy
This home is the dark counterpoint to Leyra's home. It starts out feeling warm and welcoming, but as you look more closely at the details, you notice a more haunted and grim design plan, ultimately realizing the warmth you feel isn't from coziness but is instead from the smoldering effigy of a Balrog!
My Over-all Pick:
Ravenwitchy
The entrance is simple, but guides you right in from the yard. The wheat fields and scarecrows are your ushers, leading you to an interior that tricks you into feeling cozy. But once you start looking at it more closely, you realize you are actually on the set of a horror movie!
