You’ve waited patiently and here they are !
After a week and a half of visits and votes, it is time to present the results of the 15th edition of Housing Week in Middle Earth !
Again I would like to thank all of the participants for this competition. Whether you were chosen for the final round or not, I hope you decide to participate again in future contests.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my wonderful members of the jury who have accompanied me for this contest, again ! :).

Votes
I gathered all the data and there were a total of 71 votes in the ballot box. Congratulations and thank you again !
As a reminder, the final score for each house is obtained by the average weighted score of the public (60%) and the jury (40%). Scenario, alone, designates the winner of Scenario's Choice.
The results
Top 3
#3 - Aisazel
Audience average: 6.716 - Jury average: 7.125 - Final score: 6.879
Kaels:
"The Eregion's stage is a real eye-catcher at the yard entrance. And the interior is very well done: the whole thing is really very interesting. Well done."
Edward:
"Magnificent theater. All the winks you'd expect are to be found in the decor. The stage decor is eye-popping, while leaving plenty of room for the actors. Only regret, I would have liked to see the dressing rooms."
#2 - Callisti
Audience average: 6.302 - Jury average: 7.75 - Final score: 6.881
Kaels:
"Gorgeous garden, beautiful constructions inside. It is both simple, meticulous, and with a lot of details. In short : a lovely house!"
Edward:
"Beautiful interior, with all those little floral ensembles. The changes in architecture doesn't leave a feeling of incoherence, everything looks natural."
Khelsi:
"I love the idea of the flower store, and it's very well done! There are some great ideas for using the decorations, like the vases on the spiral staircase or the planters on the wall. I'm a big fan!"
#1 - Numendur
Audience average: 6.887 - Jury average: 7.50 - Final score: 7.13
Kaels:
"It's a lovely home makeover, both inside and out."
Khelsi:
"Surprising garden with its arch. The interior is very immersive and well arranged, the room is very nice. It's harmonious and above all it's a change."
Yao:
"Sublime house straight out of Arnor's golden age. This house could have been a Cardolan interior easily. Bravo!"
I extend my congratulations to the winners of the 15th Housing Week in Middle Earth :).
Scenario's Choice
Scenario decided to award this price to Arielkitii.
Scenario:
"It has a strong and consistent theme that connects the interior with the exterior. The interior spaces make good use of deco/surfaces without feeling like it is overly decorated. All of it comes together and works, even the parts of the property that can't be changed (such as the ceiling)."
