I am happy to announce the beginning of Housing Week in Middle Earth #17, dedicated to personal premium houses!
Reminder – Housing Week in Middle Earth?! What's that?
Housing Week in Middle-Earth is a contest in which participants have the chance to win some cool prizes by showing off their expertly decorated houses in LotRO. We have already enjoyed 16 very successful Housing Weeks since the creation of D&Co du Milieu.
Players on all servers are welcome! Enter the contest by showing us your beautiful house!

Housing Week in Middle-Earth #17
The last Housing Week contest was held for Personal Lyndelby houses.
This time around, we will focus exclusively on Personal Premium Houses.
Note 1: Kinship houses are not allowed.
Note 2: Personal premium houses from Erebor, Lyndelby, Kingstead, Eastfold and Belfalas only!
Note 3: our next Housing Week Contest will be dedicated to kinship Houses.

Note: as always, I'm late... I'm now hoping to launch the contest Sunday or Monday so I'll put August 12th everywhere here, but still hoping to launch it August 11th ;).
Participations – Now through Sunday, July 29th at 11:59pm (EDT (UTC-4))
Fill out the form at the bottom before the deadline and try to be one of the 15 Personal Premium Houses selected for this contest.
Note: Only one entry per person is allowed during the submission period.
Selection: Friday, August 9th August 12th
The selection of 15 houses and all associated photos will be posted in the morning.
Visits and votes: August 12th through August 21st at 11:59pm
You will have more than a week to visit, enjoy, and rate them !
Results
Depending on my schedule and the amount of information to be processed, the results of this competition will be published in the days following the end of the voting period.
Rules, Votes, Jury, Rewards:
Personal Premium Houses (only!)
This time, it is the Personal Premium Houses (of any premium homestead) that I want! No other houses, please :).
Kinship and Personal Classic Houses from other neighborhoods are not allowed.
Votes
A form for voting will be available online on August 12th.
Only one vote per person, cheating is still not tolerated.
The house with the best average score wins.
Jury Members
Jury members will be revealed later.
Rewards
Rewards will be announced on August 12, but as always, you should expect some LotRO Points and some goodies.
