So, I am finding the availability of the Figments of Splendour housing items a bit confusing….
Which items are available right now (15 August 2019)? Is it only the:
Pig pen
Beech tree
Barrel of wild clover
Badger house
Carved bear bust
What about the alabaster items?
And all of the dwarf and obsidian items? Will those be back next year?
From what I know/understand :
Albaster items + U22 Items (Public outhouse, Fish Pond etc) + dwarf/obsidian decorations are Spring Items.
Those will be back next year.
Summer Items are those you’ve mentionned (Badger house, Carved Bear bust etc…). Those will be available until the end of this season and will then disapear until next year.

Who/where is the barterer for these? I’ve been searching and I can’t find them on any of the Figments people that I’ve discovered? It’s currently August so I was hoping to get my piggies.

The animations for the pig pen definitely need a little work!
OMG! I love this site! I discovered you maybe a year or two ago and come back when I am looking for something or see it mentioned in the Beacon (like just now!) A Pig Pen??? How did my little farmer hobbit not know about this? 😉 Thank you for making my day! I may have to form a kin so I can have a kin house yard! I already have the cow pen, out house, bee hive, and pumpkins… and so much more that I don’t have room for! I already have 5 houses (2 are Belfalas!) but farm stuff is for hobbits only, in my world! haha
