A few word from the homeowner:

They believe they have triumphed. They revel and feast, celebrating the fall of the Dark Lord. Yet Mairon, or Sauron as they call him, was but a lieutenant to the true and only Dark Lord, whose name is Melkor the Great. He should have heeded my counsel and, like me, remained hidden, preparing for His return. The Door of Night, which separates Arda from the Void, is not impregnable, and for two ages I have labored tirelessly upon it. With each passing day, I weaken its defenses until the time comes when He can muster His might and break the final seal upon His wrath. He will reward me, especially since He will surely appreciate that I have followed His teachings to create and gather servants worthy of Him.
My pitiful neighbors may sleep without fear, for now. These halflings are the best guardians I could have hoped for, living secluded and hidden from the rest of the world with an undeniable talent. As long as they remain concealed from the eyes of the world, I shall remain hidden from theirs.
