-Bilbo's cosy reading corner
-Beorninghus inspired kitchen and dining with a small hobbit bar
-Gothic manor/dark herbalist styled study with resident ghost and staircase to the attic (the door for which is a dwarf door, so it can't be seen)
-Overgrown forest bedroom retreat with Elvish library and shrine to the old kings of Arnor
Be sure to light the candles at the shrine, and the fireplace in the study... and if you poke the pumpkins you might just get a scare!
