A few word from the homeowner:

Tucca Manor Farm

Welcome to the Tucca Manor Farm, overlooking Lyndelby Valley. This working farm includes a flour mill, apple orchard, vegetable garden, bee hives, mushroom tent, and freshwater fishing. If you come at the right time, you’ll see a caravan forming up to trade with the villages along the Anduin River. Our honey is a favourite of the elves of Lothlorien!

The large burrow is home to both the well-to-do Tucca family and their farmhands. Enter the lefthand door to visit with the Tuccas in their cozy family home, including a playroom and schoolroom, and a large feasting hall. The matriarch of the Tuccas is often in her office just off the foyer. You’ll also see some of the interesting items Tuccas have picked up on their trading ventures to faraway places as you stroll through the family burrow.

Outside the burrow, the righthand door will take you to the workshop - smell the aromas of the fresh baked breads and pastries. And if you’re in need of some unguents and remedies, the apothecary is there to help you. Down the ramp you’ll find the bunkhouse, plain but clean and cozy.

Both the family and the farmhands enjoy the warm oasis of the water cave! Bathe in the clear waters, go for a swim, do some fishing, or just relax in a hammock. But be careful - other creatures besides holbytla enjoy the warm waters!
