Morningthaw is a beorning-only kinship on Meriadoc with a matching bear-themed kinhouse. ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ

Our kinhouse has been a collaborative project of 3 months in the making together with friends. The house includes a total of 29 decorative bears. In every nook and cranny of our den you will find beary cute details of the beorning, nods to our previous Laurelin kinhouse and Morningthaws PVMP history, as we are ever so inspired by the warmth of cosy winter fires, the rustling of the wind through the forest trees and the sorrowful cries of our enemies as we hunt them down with our beorning raids.

Our bear den includes the following spaces:

• Grand Morningthaw entrance
• Hidden indoor oasis
• Cosy bear lounge
• Scholar room + bear potion lab
• Common bedchamber
• Petting zoo
• Pirate trading market (inspired by our longstanding alliance with the mariners of The Whale Hunters)
• Botanical tea room
• War room (including smartboard for optimal presentation of raiding strategies)
• 7 Apples Farm pop-up shop***

Morningthaw has celebrated its official grand opening of thekinhouse on December 22nd 2025. Bears, friends of bears and our dearest friends at House of Wrath came together for this most joyous holiday gathering with a guided tour, party games and a costume contest!
