"Founded by the dwarf Durefer a little more than a century ago, this brotherhood of adventurers welcomes valiant hearts from all over the Middle Earth. With the authorization of the Lords of Gondor and in return for a service rendered, their headquarters was fixed at Cape Belfalas. This vast island hosts all the essential facilities for such a group: military district, relaxation area with trees, agricultural sector. The house itself contains a reception room, a servants quarters, a large workroom, a research area (strange sounds seem to come from the walls of the latter, but shh). The heart of the building hides on the floor, where sits the council Durefer. Be sure to greet the memory of the dwarf Durefer before taking the last steps ..."
