"This house is part of the decoration project for the Menellant neighborhood to become an estate for my main account (Elrandor). In this project, the kinship house at 2, Waterbank Road is the house of knowledge/library, and contains a small private room dedicated to occult arts and alchemy.
In this house, I condemned the entire floor and used all the decorations by moving them to the ground floor."
